Feeling Radiant….

Hi guys,

Hope you are all having an amazing weekend! I’ve had an awesome weekend so far, and so glad it’s only almost 7pm hehe!

Bank holidays normally FLY by but thankfully today wasn’t one of them, and I managed to get Loads done.

Anyway, this long weekend I had plans to go out on Saturday night with a friend of mine for a few drinks, so was booked into Radiance Hair & Beauty Salon in Belmayne to have my Shellac Nails and a Cocoa Brown Spray tan. I had such a nice experience I wanted to share it with you all….

As you know, I’m always going to be 100% honest in any review/blog I do on products, places ect, and remind you all that this is my opinion from my personal experience ๐Ÿ™‚

Clearly this is not me hehe

So I arrived at the salon at 1.15 for a 1.30 appointment. This was my first time to this salon, and it had a really nice feel to it. I was asked by the lovely girl on reception if I would like a coffee while I was waiting for my therapist, so I kindly accepted and had a nice hot cappuccino. There was a girl having a curly blowdry done by one of the hairdressers and I really wanted to be her!!! The blowdry was fab! But anyway… Back to my own appointment haha….

I was then called by my lovely therapist, Jen and taken to the nail station and Jen got straight to work. I wasn’t sure what colour I wanted as there was so many lovely colours to choose from, so anything I liked Jen tried on me which was great because the colours can look different on nail as in the bottle.

I was leaning towards the Coral sort of colours so Jen showed me a new one called Lobster Roll and I loved it! Decision made… Thanks Jen, I actually love this colour so much!!!

I hadn’t booked in to have my toes done, so asked while I was having my nails done if there was time at the end could I have them painted, and Jen was more than happy to look after my request.

Here’s the end result… How nice is the colour!!!!! โค

For those of you who don’t know about Shellac, it’s a gel polish that lasts up to 3 weeks. It’s amazing, and Jen done a fantastic job!!

It was then on to have my spray tan done. As the Cocoa Brown spray tan works the same as their mousse (Developing times – 1 hour light tan, 2 hour medium tan, 3 hour dark tan) I was having it done on the same day I was heading out ๐Ÿ™‚

We all know having your tan done and letting it all hang out can be quite embarrassing, but I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable in the tanning room while being sprayed. I’d never met this girl before and here I was baring it all, and chatting to her like I’d known her for years, like she’d seen me practically naked a million times before!! To me that’s how we all should feel while getting sprayed.

I’ve been to salons before where I’ve felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed and I don’t embarrass easily haha!!

Anyway, I left my tan on for the day until I showered that evening and it turned out absolutely amazing!

Application is everything when doing a spray and it can easily be…. well made a balls of, and there’s nothing worse. Jen did not miss a spot and my hands and feet especially (which we all fear about when spraying or being sprayed) are perfect.

Here’s my bronzed self after having a Cocoa Brown Spray by Jen…

It’s still perfect today too ๐Ÿ™‚ !!!

Radiance Hair & Beauty Salon prices are so reasonable for all the treatments, and I would highly recommend them!

Jen done an amazing job on my nails and tan and I will definitely be going back when I need my shellac and tan done again.

Oh and guess what? The lovely girls at Radiance have kindly said that any appointments made with them until 31st August 2014, with the mention of NeedsnotWants while booking, will receive 20% off your treatments… How nice is that!!

You can get on contact with Radiance Here to make your appointment.

Trust me you will not be disappointed ๐Ÿ™‚

A big thank you to Radiance Belmayne for my lovely treatments, honestly couldn’t be happier, and will be back again very soon!!

Thanks for reading guys

Enjoy the last evening of this long weekend
